LANProtector Security Project can be saved to a file by using the Save Project or Save Project As commands from the Main Menu File or from the File Toolbar.

Save Project command will only invoke the standard Windows Save File dialog if the Project hasn’t been saved to a file before or initially opened from a Project file. Save Project As command will always ask for the Project file name before saving the Project.

Default file extension when saving the Project to a file, if not explicitly specified, will be lpproj.

When a Project is not associated with a file, the Project’s name will be offered as the file name when saving it for the first time.
