To save currently loaded Network Activity Monitor list to a file, use Save Network Activity to a File command from Network Activity Monitor Toolbar, Save command from Network Activity Monitor list context menu or keyboard F2.

Standard Windows Save dialog will appear asking for an XML file name where to save the Network Activity list. Initially LANProtector Manager will suggest file name in form of “LANProtectorActivity ServerName-RulesetName Date Time.xml” where ServerName is the name of the computer from which the Network Activity was retrieved, RulesetName is the name of the Ruleset used for monitoring the network and Date and Time represent date and time when the Network Activity list was retrieved from the Server:

All Network Activity list entries currently loaded will be saved to the noted XML file with a standard XML structure. Network Activity XML file can then be used in a wide variety of ways, i.e. loaded from Microsoft Excel and used for various graph creations, loaded in a text viewer, an Internet browser or Microsoft Word, etc.
