LANProtector Troubleshooting, Unable to Activate x64 Server
Issue: I’m unable to activate / start LANProtector Server on Windows Vista x64 (or Windows Server 2008 x64 or newer 64bit operating system)
Potential Cause:
Due to evaluation engine Trial days countdown issue on some newer 64bit Windows operating systems, LANProtector Server will not allow activation. Such case can be recognized by accessing Server | Licensing from LANProtector Manager main menu while connected to the LANProtector Server, Trial days will always show 0 of 30:

When LANProtector Server is first installed on a system where Trial days are calculated correctly, the count will always start from 1 of 30:

Solution:
Please send LANProtector Server Hardware ID to the AxiomCoders LANProtector team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , specifying a request for a trial license.
To obtain the Hardware ID, go to Server | Licensing from LANProtector Manager main menu when connected to the LANProtector Server and click the Copy to Clipboard button:

Hardware ID can then be pasted into an e-mail message. All requests for trial licenses will be processed in at most 24 hours.
